c4c575af fix(install-browsers): restore live stderr + fail-fast on bad package.json - switch from execSync to spawn with a stderr tee: live progress streams to the parent while we still accumulate stderr for the apt-recovery regex (and no 1 MB maxBuffer ceiling) - drop the silent return on malformed package.json so a parse error surfaces via the top-level catch (exit 1) as it did before

bf845010 fix(install-browsers): stop hanging on silent playwright install Replace exec with spawn, resolve on 'exit' so a lingering grandchild holding the stdio pipes can't keep us waiting. Add a 90s idle-output watchdog and 12m hard timeout, and retry up to 3x with backoff+jitter. Skip retry on the apt-get-deps recovery path (handled by caller).
