feat(core): attribute targetDefaults source maps to their nx.json key createTargetDefaultsResults emitted a single synthetic plugin result whose file was the literal 'nx.json', so every target-default-derived field attributed to the whole file. Since a given (root, target) resolves from exactly one targetDefaults key, bucket the synthetic projects by that key and emit one result per key with file 'nx.json#targetDefaults.<key>'. This reuses the source-map file field as a location id rather than widening SourceInformation, so source attribution now points at the specific targetDefaults key. Buckets are disjoint per (root, target), so merge order is unaffected. Add a test asserting the per-key attribution.
