docs(misc): embed the nx init clip on the Add to an Existing Project page (#37129) ## Summary Embed the short "Add Nx to an existing monorepo" clip near the top of the Add to an Existing Project page using the standard YouTube tag. Move the existing "From PNPM Workspaces to Distributed CI" lesson to Keep learning as a longer follow-up. Verified both embeds in the local Astro page and passed formatting checks for all 488 Markdoc files.
