2145ee28 fix(graph): prevent project details web view top from being clipped The standalone project-details page (nx show project --web) centered its content with justify-center on a flex column. Because the #app flex parent stretches the page div to the viewport height, taller projects overflowed and justify-center split that overflow symmetrically, pushing the header, title, and Targets heading above the scroll origin where they were unreachable. Removing justify-center lets content flow from the top.
