44a96d81 docs(nx-cloud): add bring your own AI API key guide Migrate the "Providing your own AI API key" article out of the Pylon knowledge base and into astro-docs, covering both ways an Enterprise organization supplies its own credentials for self-healing CI: stored in Nx Cloud, or set in their own CI environment. Restructured provider-first rather than mode-first. The source organized by mode, which duplicated a section per provider and split the Foundry endpoint rule across two half-explanations. Verified against the implementation in nx-ocean rather than the source alone, which corrected the gating: BYOK is an Nx-enabled paid add-on rather than something every Enterprise organization already has, and the settings row is absent until it is turned on.
