1ccf47df ci(repo): add secure CI publish workflow for @nx/php Replace the manual, laptop-run release-it flow with a CI-based publish workflow that uses npm OIDC trusted publishing. - Add .github/workflows/publish.yml: workflow_dispatch-only, runs nx release on a GitHub Actions runner. Uses OIDC (id-token: write) for npm trusted publishing + provenance, an npm-registry deployment environment for approval gating, SHA-pinned actions, a repository_owner fork guard, and a dry-run input defaulting to true. - Scope nx.json release group to ["php"] so nx release targets only @nx/php (nx-ignore is on a separate version line and unreleased). - Configure release to tag-only (git.commit: false) and post GitHub Releases without writing CHANGELOG.md, so nothing is committed back to main and tag pushes avoid branch protection.
