d313e12b chore(repo): add sigint sigsegv hunt diagnostic workflow Loops the 'SIGINT process cleanup' e2e tests (e2e/nx/src/run.test.ts), which intermittently die with SIGSEGV (exit 139) in CI — 12 failed jobs between 2026-07-13 and 2026-07-23, 3 on master — with core dumps enabled (kernel.core_pattern repointed away from apport, ulimit -c unlimited) so a forced reproduction finally yields a native backtrace. 3 shards x N iterations (workflow_dispatch input, default 20) per run. Report-only: shards stay green; verdicts land in the step summary as 'RESULT shard=N: X/Y iterations had signal deaths' and cores/backtraces upload as sigint-segv-hunt-shard-* artifacts. Detection greps are case-sensitive on purpose — case-insensitive matching hits lowercase branch/commit metadata echoed by Nx Cloud (learned in PR #36303 round 1). Companion diagnostic to the ci.yml core catcher; not intended to merge.
