In a workspace that pins a non-npm package manager, npm refuses and the prepare step fails. Use the workspace package manager's exec command instead, running it from the workspace root and passing the app directory as nuxi's ROOTDIR, since `pnpm exec` and friends don't resolve a bin from a subdirectory the way `npx` does.
