898eb7bb feat(angular): support Angular v22 component and unit-test schema changes Angular v22 renamed the component `changeDetection` enum value `Default` to `Eager`, made `OnPush` the default strategy, and added `isolate` and `quiet` options to the unit-test builder. The `@nx/angular:component` generator now accepts `Eager` and defaults to `OnPush` on Angular >= 22, while keeping `Default` and the prior default on lower versions; `Eager` is rejected below v22. The `@nx/angular:unit-test` executor forwards `isolate` and `quiet` to the builder and rejects them on Angular < 22.
