41b4b3d7 fix(expo): run the SDK 56 AI-instructions prompt with the metro-config migration The standalone create-ai-instructions-for-expo-56 migration was gated `expo >=55.0.0 <56.0.0`. nx migrate evaluates a migration's `requires` against the post-bump version (56), so the gate never matched and the prompt never ran. Fold the prompt into the update-metro-config migration (a hybrid factory + prompt entry, gated `expo >= 56.0.0`) so it runs on the 55->56 upgrade and the agent receives the generator's changes as context.
