(the ng-packagr Angular FESM/types entry plus the tsc-built generators/executors/machinery and ./internal), generators/executors/migrations.json repoint to ./dist/src/, and nx-release-publish packageRoot + release manifestRootsToUpdate move to packages/{projectName} with preserveLocalDependencyProtocols restored to true. ng-packagr still emits into dist/ (excluded dist/package.json from files).

Relocate the ng-packagr dest (ng-package.json), the build-base/runtime/spec tsconfig outDirs, the copy-assets outDir, and the nx-release-publish packageRoot to the local dist. Switch build-base to nodenext, add release config, convert ensurePackage + await import() pairs to typed require(), and self-reference the package.json version. package.json exports stay dest-relative (the published manifest is generated by ng-packagr). Validated: tsc build-base + eslint clean, and a direct ng-packagr build emits both @nx/angular and @nx/angular/mf entry points into the new dist.
