12f167ac feat(storybook): collect AI migration prompt via prompt field Convert the `update-22-1-0-migrate-storybook-v10` entry to a hybrid `implementation + prompt` migration so the framework owns collecting and reviewing the Storybook v10 AI migration instructions, while the existing implementation continues to run `sb upgrade`. Add a `skipAiInstructions` option to the `migrate-10` generator's schema. The migration wrapper passes it as `true` to avoid duplicating the prompt write (the framework now writes the file to the managed `tools/ai-migrations/<scope>/<package>/<version>-<basename>.md` path). Standalone `nx g @nx/storybook:migrate-10` invocations are unaffected and still write the legacy `tools/ai-migrations/MIGRATE_STORYBOOK_10.md` file. The migration wrapper no longer returns next steps about the AI instructions; `nx migrate`'s built-in prompt-review banner replaces it.
