66855ea6 chore(core): bump detect-port from ^1.5.1 to ^2.1.0 detect-port@2 is dual-format (ESM + CJS) — exposes both `./dist/esm/index.js` (import) and `./dist/commonjs/index.js` (require) via the package.json exports map. The three call sites (@nx/web, @nx/js, @nx/cypress) all use either CJS `require()` or a TypeScript default import that compiles to require — both resolve to the CJS build, so no code changes needed. Engine floor: Node >= 16.0.0. Part of NXC-4329.
