741bba0b fix(gradle): keep transitive deps of excludeDependsOn:false tasks running When a batch contains a task with excludeDependsOn:false alongside one with excludeDependsOn:true, transitive dependencies of the former were being swept into the exclude list by the latter's exclude pass. Restore the propagation step that adds those deps to runningTaskIds, faithfully porting the original project-graph behaviour. Includes a regression test covering shared transitive deps across the two modes.

7a9fb64d chore(gradle): consolidate exclude-task helpers into single entry point Reuse getExcludeTasksFromTaskGraph for the test-task exclude pass, drop the hand-rolled loop in getGradlewTasksToRun, and inline getGradleTaskName / getAllDependsOnFromTaskGraph as private helpers since they no longer have external callers. Tests cover the helper through its public surface.
