0418357a fix(core): respect --aiAgents none to skip AI agent file generation When users pass --aiAgents none to create-nx-workspace or nx init, the "none" value was not recognized as a valid choice. This caused the option to be ignored, and auto-detection would generate AI agent files anyway. Add "none" as a valid choice for the --aiAgents option in both create-nx-workspace and nx init. When "none" is specified, determineAiAgents() now returns an empty array, correctly suppressing all AI agent file generation. Fixes #34692
