6ac6330b fix(core): preserve params and options when expanding wildcard dependsOn targets When a `dependsOn` entry uses a glob pattern (e.g. `target: "build*"`), `expandWildcardTargetConfiguration` was only carrying over `projects` and `dependencies`, dropping `params` and `options`. This meant `"params": "forward"` had no effect when combined with wildcard targets. Use object spread to preserve all properties from the original config.
