d614814f fix(core): use --lockfile-only for Bun updateLockFile Bun's --frozen-lockfile disallows changes to the lockfile, which is the opposite of what updateLockFile needs. This causes nx release to fail when trying to update the lockfile after version bumps. Bun has added --lockfile-only support which generates/updates the lockfile without installing dependencies, consistent with how npm (--package-lock-only) and pnpm (--lockfile-only) handle it. Closes #34344
