9b1905d4 fix(maven): update Spring Boot to 4.0 and enable parent POM local install - Update Spring Boot version from 3.4.0 to 4.0.0 in e2e tests (Spring Initializr now requires >=3.5.0) - Enable local installation of parent POMs by setting maven.install.skip=false (required for e2e tests since 0.0.12 isn't published to Maven Central yet)
