9435d1c0 fix(core): spinner shows correct plugin count during project graph creation The spinners for project graph creation showed incorrect plugin counts - they displayed the total number of registered plugins instead of the actual number being processed. Fixed by: - Dependencies spinner: use filtered createDependencyPlugins count instead of total plugins - Metadata spinner: filter plugins once and use count, eliminate double filtering - Create nodes spinner: filter plugins once and use count, eliminate redundant pattern check Now users see accurate progress indicators that reflect actual work being done.
