dd6e7494 fix(linter): handle negative numbers in flat config AST generation When the ESLint flat config generator encounters negative numbers, TypeScript's AST factory requires them to be created using createPrefixUnaryExpression with a MinusToken and the absolute value, rather than calling createNumericLiteral directly with the negative number.
