fe8ae04b fix(core): prevent TUI buffer overflow panics in dependency view scrollbar rendering Adds bounds checking to scrollbar and padding rendering to prevent buffer overflow panics when the TUI attempts to render outside terminal boundaries on small or constrained terminal sizes. The fix applies minimal safety checks while preserving original rendering logic and visual appearance: - Added bounds validation for scrollbar area before rendering - Added safety checks for scrollbar padding rendering - Prevents panics at coordinates like (134, 37), (86, 0), etc. on various buffer sizes
