430b11b3 fix(nx-cloud): auth token env var usage (#32240) This is to ensure that the NX_CLOUD_AUTH_TOKEN is treated the same as ACCESS_TOKEN.      ## Current Behavior  If there isn't any Nx Cloud properties in the `nx.json`, the CLI doesn't recognize `NX_CLOUD_AUTH_TOKEN` as a environment variable to communicate with Nx Cloud. If I provide just `NX_CLOUD_ACCESS_TOKEN`, the CLI does. ## Expected Behavior  Since `AUTH_TOKEN` is suppose to be an alias for `ACCESS_TOKEN`, the behavior should be the same. ## Related Issue(s)  Fixes #
